Our presentation will be on the use of SARA (Scan Analyse, Respond & Assess) as a framework for the effective use of EBP and using Connect Proactive Management Plans (PMP) as the platform to operationalise that into front-line policing. We will outline examples of where this has been used by existing customers and how the MPS are planning to implement PMPs across a number of business areas.

Garry Bell – Using his background as a serving Police Officer Garry now supports NEC Safety customers deploying the Connect Policing Platform with a particular focus on Problem Management Planning
Bruce Clark – has been working with Police forces for over 25 years through 3 generations of Case Management platforms and passionate about supporting improved outcomes in Policing.
