Kate is the Team Manager of Research Insights Advisor at the Evidence Based Policing Centre in New Zealand Police (NZP). With a background in Psychology and Behavioural Sciences, Kate has extensive experience in survey development, and is co-chair of the Survey Panel at New Zealand Police.
