Conference rates are available until 30 days before the program start date, unless the hotel’s booking page shows a different deadline. After that date, please contact the hotel directly to book accommodation.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations and no-shows are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Each hotel policy varies, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.
