Karl Kent has thirty four years experience in policing and national security operations, with specialisation in close operations support, mass fatality response, strategic planning, capability development and executive leadership. For the last 17 years Karl has held senior executive leadership roles in policing organisations working across Commonwealth, state and international jurisdictions. He has formal qualifications in science and forensic investigation and have published journals, forensic texts and represented the AFP, central Australian government agencies and Victoria Police at external fora. Karl has led critical reviews and organisational reforms, delivered new capabilities and services and worked in key training and policy roles.
