Dr Nessa Lynch

Academic Director, Royal New Zealand Police College

Dr Nessa Lynch joined New Zealand Police in March 2022 as the Academic Director of the Royal New Zealand Police College. Her role oversees quality assurance and excellence in standards for education and training. Previous to this, she spent 15 years as legal academic, with expertise in youth justice and biometrics, and has consulted for a range of national and international public and non-governmental agencies.
